But as more people start getting back into them, there are questions about whether they’re helping them get back to where they started.

Lifestyle sports are an increasingly popular form of physical activity that combine running and biking.

The main goal is to get people to be active, which means being able to exercise and move around.

In the past decade, the popularity of running has exploded, and some studies suggest it’s even more popular among older adults.

In the US, for instance, about 2.4% of Americans aged 60 and older have been active in a sport, compared to just 0.8% of the general population, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“It’s important to realize that the health benefits that come from long-term, moderate exercise are not necessarily associated with long-lasting health benefits,” said Dr. Steven W. Smith, director of the AAP’s Division of Sports Medicine.

The key is to be aware of the risk factors for long-duration, moderate-intensity exercise, such as low back pain, and the potential for injuries.

You should also consider the duration of your exercise and how long you exercise, said Dr, Steven M. Smith.

For the most part, people are moving around more, and they’re more aware of how much they are spending time outdoors, Dr. Smith said.

People should be aware that even moderate intensity exercise can lead to back, neck and shoulder injuries, especially if you’re not getting adequate rest.

“If you don’t get adequate rest, you can get injured,” he said.

If you’re an active person and you want to be able to move around, you should definitely consider that this could be a great way to do it, said Jenny B. Leib, associate professor of medicine at the University of Michigan.

But she also noted that you may not be doing enough to avoid injuries.

“The risk of injury is real, but it’s not a good indicator of whether you’re actually getting the benefit of what you’re doing,” she said.

But exercise and weight loss are two of the most important things you can do to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The good news is, exercise and dieting can help prevent chronic diseases.
