When you’re trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle, your first instinct might be to try to lose weight, which can be hard when you’re on a diet and on a strict diet.

But that can be even harder if you’re in a relationship, and that’s where sex comes in.

Here are a few tips to help you do that.

You can do both at the same time.

“If you have a partner, they can take a diet, lose weight and do a lifestyle diet,” said Dr. Mark Gold, M.D., a clinical professor of medicine at New York University.

“I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, but if you have to have sex at a certain time, do it at a different time.”

“You can do either one,” he added.

“And if you want to try one, the key is to figure out what works for you and your partner, and what’s healthy for you.”

So how do you know what works?

“You’ll need to make a list of what works and what doesn’t work for you,” Gold said.

“So, for example, if your partner’s on a low-calorie diet and they’re getting really sick, they might have a better idea about what’s best for them than someone who’s on an a high-caloric diet.

So if you think that’s your thing, you can go for that.”

If your partner is eating a low calorie diet, Gold said it’s okay to take it to the extreme.

“It’s good for your health, it’s good to feel good about yourself,” he said.

But don’t take it too far.

“Don’t go too far and say, ‘I’m eating a lot of sugar and I’m feeling sick and I need to lose a bunch of weight,'” he said, adding that a low caloric diet can also cause problems with your relationship.

“That can be a problem.

So, if you feel like you’re struggling, take a break, and figure out how to do it on your own,” he suggested.

“But make sure that you’re not eating too much sugar, too much carbs, too many protein shakes, too little fat, and not too many carbs or carbs or fat, so you’re still not getting too high.”

What’s the best diet for a sugar- and fat-based lifestyle?

A lot of people choose to go on a sugar diet because they feel like they need to be on a high calorie diet.

“People who are sugar-and-fat-based will have a hard time getting off sugar because it can’t be absorbed very well,” said Gold.

“They can feel very full, they will feel very weak, and it can get in the blood stream and they can have symptoms of blood clots.”

That’s when a diet that focuses on a healthy combination of carbs and fat may be a better choice.

Dr. Andrew Weil, a cardiologist at the Mayo Clinic, said it depends on what kind of sugar you’re getting, but most people should eat at least 30 percent of their calories from carbs and 20 percent from fat.

“The best diet I know of for people is an extremely high-carbohydrate, very high-fat diet,” he explained.

That diet should include at least 15 percent carbs, 10 percent fat and 10 percent protein.

“These types of diets are usually associated with lower blood sugar, which means you have lower blood pressure,” Weil said.

If your partners diet is a high carb diet, “you’ll have more of a blood sugar spike,” he noted.

“As you eat more, the blood sugar spikes, and when you go on the low carb diet it goes down a little bit.

It may also cause a lot more blood clogging of the arteries.”

What should I look out for?

Dr. Peter Pielke, PhD, associate professor of health sciences at the University of Michigan, told BuzzFeed News that the first thing you should look for when trying to lose or gain weight is how many calories you’re consuming.

If you’re looking to lose body fat, it can be easier to do so on a calorie-based diet.

If the calories you eat aren’t enough to get you through a week or two, then it may be more difficult to stick to a caloric deficit.

Pielkel says that the best way to look at your calorie intake is to subtract from the calories that you burn in a day.

“You’re going to have to make adjustments to your calorie consumption, because that’s going to determine how you feel the day-to-day,” he told BuzzFeed.

If they’re trying a sugar or fat-free diet, Pielkes advice would be to cut down on carbs as much as possible, while still maintaining a healthy amount of fat.
