The Bodybuilding website does a great job of explaining what it does, which is good.
But what it really lacks is a clear explanation of why it is the way it is.

The bodybuilding.org page for Bodybuilding offers only two answers to this question: Phase I is an exercise program that’s designed to strengthen the body, and Phase II is a training program that builds muscles.
What the Bodybuilders FAQ doesn’t mention is that the two phases are separate, and there’s no mention of which one is the one that works best for you.
In fact, the Bodybuilder FAQ doesn.
Instead, it states that “phase one is based on the idea that you should be doing exercises in order to build muscle.”
But in the BodyBuilding FAQ, this statement is misleading.
The reason why the Body is trying to build muscles is because that’s how it was built.
The bodybuilder is not a muscle builder, and the Body has no need to build a muscle to get fat.
To build muscle for the bodybuilder, the body needs to train harder, eat more protein, and get more cardio-friendly.
Bodybuilding is a workout program designed for building muscle, not muscle growth.
The Body has built its entire body for a specific purpose, and no matter how much you want or need to gain weight, the bulk will come from your diet and training.
You can’t build muscle just by working out.
The Body’s “physical fitness training” portion of the Body’s FAQ is actually a lot less detailed than the “muscle building” portion.

Why do I need to increase my strength if I’m only building muscle for cardio?
Because when you’re a bodybuilder and you’re trying to increase muscle for fitness, you want more muscle.
You don’t want to build strength just for the sake of increasing your muscle.
To accomplish this, you need to work on the specific muscles that you want, and then you should add more weight, cardio, or strength training to those muscles.
That’s why Bodybuilders fitness section is a lot longer than the workout program for the Body.
The only way to achieve this is to work hard, get in the gym, and add weight to your muscles.
But even that can’t help you get a leaner body.
Bodybuilders are built to work out hard, and to build fat.
How to gain and maintain muscle Bodybuilders are mostly built to gain, not lose muscle.
They have a specific goal in mind, and they want to achieve it.
They’re not designed to work harder, or eat more carbs, or lift heavier weights.
So if you’re really, really strong and can build muscle while eating only carbs and lifting weights, you can get leaner and have more muscle while doing this.
